Krista was outstanding in representing our home

Krista helped us with our purchase of a new home and helped with the sale of our home of 38 years. It has been a big adjustment for several reasons. We loved our home and the memories that it carried with it. Krista worked very hard to get the best sale, it was timely and a good value, she went above and beyond to get us settled in our new home. Thanks Krista!

Krista did a wonderful job through the whole process and checked in with us constantly to see how things were going and how we were holding up with the stress of buying a house. She is the best we would highly recommended her!

Krista listed our house for sale in Shippensburg on Jan 3rd and we closed in early May. She held several open houses and did private showings for other potential buyers. When the home inspection revealed items that needed to be addressed, Krista helped us find repairmen to make the necessary repairs. When the first deal we had didn’t work out, through no fault of our own, she quickly found us another buyer. That deal went through very quickly and easily. Throughout the process, Krista kept in constant contact with us through text messages and phone calls. Because we live in New Jersey, we heavily depended on Krista, and she did not disappoint. She took care of numerous small details for us, which made the whole long distance process less stressful than it could have been. We highly recommend Krista for any real estate needs.

Krista works in a professional and compassionate manner, a combination that is essential for the stress and emotions involved in realty. We know she's got our back and will make the selling/buying process as seamless as possible.

Krista Carroll was definitely 5 stars. Buying a home long distance is definitely a challenge but Krista walked me through the process and made it as easy as possible. Her manner is friendly and professional and after working with her for a few days I totally trusted her. She was very patient and knowledgeable explaining the various forms I had to sign. I really felt she was looking out for my interests and I can’t thank her enough for making it a positive experience.

Krista was absolutely amazing! She worked with us for 8 months helping us find our home and was willing to answer many questions and e-mails during the process. We were moving up from N.C., so were not able to see houses as they came on the internet and she found out the answers to all of our questions for us. When we finally did get up to actually look at houses in person, she drove all over 2 counties from east to west and north to south looking at various houses even though she knew we would not be interested in order to satisfy our curiosity and to let us know what we would get for our money at different amounts. Krista really wanted to get to know us as real people and not just a customer. She got to know our likes and dislikes, so that she would understand our needs. We relied on her heavily to help us make our decision and were very thankful for her advice. She not only became a real estate agent to us, but also a friend. We have bought and sold many houses in our lifetime and I must say that Krista was the greatest agent we ever had. I could not recommend anyone more than I could recommend her. If you are looking for a realtor in the central PA area, I would highly recommend her. We have already recommended her to 4 potential clients who may be needing real estate services in the future. We just used Krista Carroll to purchase a house in PA moving from NC and she was absolutely awesome! She worked with us for 8 months to help us find the perfect home! We communicated back and forth on e-mail for quite some time and she always looked in to whatever we asked her. Then, when we got up to PA to actually look for houses, she spent a long time and a lot of miles going all over Perry and Cumberland County. If she didn't know the answer to our questions, she got them. She really got to know us as people, so that she could understand our needs. In all my years of buying or selling a house, I have never found a realtor as awesome as Krista! I would highly recommend her to anyone buying a house in that area! I would be more than willing to talk to anyone personally about our experience with Krista in buying a house. Thanks Krista for all your help. You are absolutely awesome in our book!!

Krista was outstanding! From our very first conversation it was like talking to an old friend. She made every step so seamless. She definitely went above and beyond to help sell our house. The care that she showed not only for our property and the selling process, but also the care she showed me personally made a difficult time in my life a little easier. She put in the work for this deal, and included me in every part of the process. She was never more than a quick text or call away and made sure any questions or concerns were addressed. I can’t thank you enough Krista! I have already been singing her praises to all of my close family and friends. Very helpful with a crazy scenario and always very easy to communicate with and get information from, anytime I needed. It definitely was not the easiest close for her to complete but I’m glad it was through her, she made it seem easy from the buyer perspective.

Krista Carroll was always available. She is very knowledgeable, was able to answer questions immediately or took the time to research answers. After living in the same house for 50 years, the process of selling the home and moving to another state was difficult. Krista provided emotional support and reassurance during the entire time and after.
