Dynamic REALTOR®, Krista Carroll, is an agile real estate professional. She’s been both a student and teacher of business and understands the housing market both as an investor and an agent. Before becoming a real estate agent, Krista taught business at Shippensburg University as an adjunct professor. She holds a master’s degree in business and a bachelor’s degree in marketing.

Krista’s experience as an educator enhanced her real estate career in many ways. She has a sophisticated understanding of business concepts and marketing techniques, giving her an edge over the competition. But she also spent a great deal of time helping students plan their educational careers based on their professional goals. One of Krista's unique skills as a REALTOR® is identifying a goal and creating a reasonable path to achieve it.

In addition to being a top-performing REALTOR®, Krista and her contractor husband flip and rent investment properties. She has personal insight into the home buying, selling, and investing processes.

As an investor, she enjoys the design process and has seen first-hand the value of a well-designed and staged home. She carries this knowledge with her when working with her sellers to help them get top dollar for their homes.

To say Krista has well-rounded real estate experience would be an understatement. Her consistent involvement in diverse roles within the property market allows her to remain current on trends. This is a huge benefit because she uses her first-hand experience to help her clients make intelligent home buying and selling decisions.

But more than anything else, Krista adores people. Building relationships with her clients, whether they are buyers or sellers, is what she lives for. Many of her clients not only become repeat customers, but lifelong friends.

Krista helps buyers and sellers of residential real estate in Franklin and Cumberland counties. Born and raised in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, she knows this area well and is well-equipped to meet clients’ needs in the Cumberland Valley.

Krista has earned multiple annual Homesale awards, including recognition at the Honor Society and Leading Edge Society levels, and is consistently recognized as a top-performing agent.

When she’s not working, Krista often takes her two children to one of their many activities or volunteers at her local church. Her family enjoys hiking and spending time at their cabin on the weekends.
